• Strong experience in in IT International Business Development, Team Building and Partners alliances.
• Primary Business Development experience should be related to Big data solutions, data warehouse solution and analytics tool like Qlik sense, power BI or any other open-source analytic tool.
• Secondary business development experience is considered for Salesforce and open-source solution.
• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs.
• Should have experience to building and managing a team.
• Should have good hands on in making client proposal.
• Should have good track records to meet targets at satisfactory level.
• Should have good exposure in USA international market and hold on USA based customer.
• Should have good negotiation skills.
• Should have good exposure in working with service-based companies.
• Should be able to travel to domestic or outside India for deal closing or any other sales activity for company.
• Should have strong experience in client management and team management.
• Should have exposure in building a practice on any IT technology stack in experience.
• Should be open to work on other technologies business development like Salesforce, Open-source technologies as per company requirement.
• Should have valid passport without having any blacklist history in Visa for any country.
• Should have a good problem-solving attitude.
• Should have good communications skills.
